To register for online services, please ask for a form at Reception. You will need two forms of identification ie. driving license, passport, utility bill.

By registering for online services you will be able to:

  • Review your medications and known allergies
  • View Medical Records
  • Order Repeat Prescriptions
  • Make an Appointment
  • Cancel an Appointment
  • Change personal details
